Yes. The revenue-share plan has no monthly fee. Sentioo receives the stated percentage only after an order is completed.
Sentioo's share is calculated from the total order value. For a partial or full refund, the corresponding share is also returned. For example, if you refund EUR 10 from a EUR 40 order, the percentage calculated from that EUR 10 is returned as well.
Sentioo does not charge a percentage of sales on these plans. Payment processing fees follow Stripe's current pricing and terms and are charged separately.
Mentioo s.r.o. is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the listed plan prices.
Payout settings are individual. In Stripe, you can schedule automatic transfers to your bank account or withdraw funds manually.
If a plan offers it, you pay the full annual price once. The switch above shows the equivalent monthly price, while the note below always shows the actual annual charge.
A change takes effect once the move to the new plan is complete. After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the paid period and then expires.
Plan limits cannot be exceeded. Sentioo continuously monitors account usage and prevents actions that would exceed a limit.
